β β β β β Slowest serve. Iβve been to many sushi king. This is the worst ever. Let customer wait standing outside without any explanation. If you didnβt want to accept customer, let us know, we can immediately leave. What you expect we can read your mind? Put on the sign βclosedβ. So we donβt have to waste our time waiting to be seated even though thereβs many free seats. The staff saw us standing. But pretend to not see us. Ignorant. Disappointing. Please have common sense. Customer is waiting more than 20 minutes? Nonsense.

β β β β β Very slow service. Before this, quite fast serve and staff always friendly and smile. But, recently very slow services. Don't allowed customer to enter eventho got some vacant tables. Some staff don't even bother when see customer waiting outside for so long and answer to customer quite rude. I've been part timer at other place of sushi king, and visited other sushi king also, but all staffs actually required to greet customer properly. This is my third times been served with moody staffs here. Not even during sushi bonanza and on weekends. Thinking of not going there to enjoy sushi anymore.

β β β β β I have been here more than 10 times and everytime is not a good experience. On normal days, most of the food will not be available. If you come at 8.30pm, all the bento would be out of stock. During bonanza, there are only 3-5 types of sushi on the belt and you cannot order anything else. And this is during least crowded time. Worst outlet ever but why i still come here? Im too lazy to go other because this one just next to my place.

β β β β β The worst sushi king i ever been to. All staffs work in super slow motion, even during the busiest bonanza period. Letting all the customers to line outside, although there were plenty of seats. Bonanza period mentioned 40 variaty of choices, but only less than 5 choices on the belt, and the staff said only can get what on the belt. The sushi cover also the dirtiest ever!
TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER OUTLET I HAD BEEN TO!
And my drink was not served even 10mins after seating.
I ate 2 plates and leave, not more than 15 mins. Never go again.

β β β β β It was a great moment to stop by and eat at sushi king here,the sushi were very well served and cook but the queue was very long . I waited for almost half an hour to get inside.

β β β β β the soft shell crab tempura was pathetically small, it was not worth paying rm17
chawamushi didnt taste like anything at all.
miso soup was too salty....it felt weird.
even the shushi rice felt smaller or lesser from before, but that could just be my feeling.
all in all after so many years not eating in shushi king and trying out other brands out there, when you come back it feels shushi king is not the best....
