β β β β β service was the worst and employees were ignorant. waited for our food for 30 minutes. seriously. how are these people employed? whatβs worse is employees NEVER wore face masks while preparing customerβs food. overall awful & never visit this branch.

β β β β β I waited for it to open at 1145, even by 12 the restaurant was half full. The sushi on conveyer belt were fairly a lot but maybe due to lack of staff, the service was slow and the sushi was inconsistent. More than 30 minutes of waiting for the ordered food. There is room of improvement for them and its good that they start using that machine on the conveyer belt. But its too high and looks unstable if the tray is full.

β β β β β I m not sure what rule they are using. Half of the sitting area is empty. When asked, one of the girls simply shake her head until asked again and said the area is closed. No smile was there to be found, super rude!! The queue on the other hand is getting longer. This is not the first time this happened. If this has becoming a rule, just stick a notice outside, people will understand. Maybe SUSHI KING coukd improve on the customer service training.

β β β β β I went for Bonanza promo but they ran out stock, so thats the only thing they are lacking of. On the other hand, the staffs are friendly and nice to us. We will surely come again in future, where we can try more dishes.

β β β β β Need to wait for a few meeting to enter the premis due to limited customer permitted to dine in. Fast serving with new robotic transportation with conveyor to deliver your order. Overall, food taste is ok.

β β β β β We went here before lunch on a Tuesday. It seems Sushi King didn't have enough manpower, or perhaps, the staff were a bit lethargic. Either way many of the food orders were sent to our table slightly late, even the green tea. Also staff didn't really made any effort to clear the table when we had too many trays on it. Food was alright, nothing impressive.
