From Parveen Nair and Vasugi, I learnt the scientific approach to yoga and derived great benefits to my well being physically and emotionally. Learning yoga is a slow process requiring patience and perseverance, like everything else. Then doing yoga on my own away from class enhanced discipline of the mind. I have barely started and have a long way to go. But a deep quiet joy sits under the surface most times...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried out several studios offering yoga classes but never stayed long. At Iyengar, thanks to Vasugi, I have experienced a whole different approach to yoga. I have never come across a group class where it feels like a personalised one on one class. Vasugi imparts knowledge and takes care of each student when it comes to every bend and twist and turn, with immense attention to detail. I could give this place 10 stars and it would still not be enough.
