He attended me very patiently for all models of iPad to iPhone n even accessories . After the raya I came back and was attended by Nic and able to serve ans change the thing for me after the purchase and the billing done even though the connector not able to connect to iPad . Thanks to both of them

Lydia recommended other accessories and apple care for the iPad and helped applied the screen protector for me. I enjoyed my purchase at Switch Paradigm Mall.

He has the good products knowledge. the ability to recommend the suitable model and appropriate storage required.
Helpful and accommodating in my request to help transfer both my mobiles to the different iPhones.

β β β β β AMAZINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for a premium gadget store like Apple. Entered the store with firmed intention to purchase but the experience totally turned me off. 2 staff were manning the store. While one was attending to a client, another one was 'busy' clicking his desktop by the service counter. After waited for >10mins by ourselves I nudged one of the staff (who is still attending to the same customer) that I needed assistance. As usual, I got the typical "WAIT" hand sign, while the other staff still busy clicking the desktop, don't even bother to just walk over & understand my need. A check on Google review found that this store's customer service is commonly rated poor. Seriously, Apple can do better by retraining your staff on what it means to provide excellent customer service, consider the price you charge for your products. Will extend my feedback to the Malaysia HQ to seek improvement.
