โ โ โ โ โ 1. Well staff, they are assign accordingly to their task and station.
2. Well manage, staff is attentive to alert you when the food is slightly late.
3. The area is clean.
4. Service is good.
5. Aircond is not cold, think the mall management need to look into it.
6. The ambient is average, maybe due to lights arrangement.

โ โ โ โ โ Kenny Rogers been around like 20 years or more? Frankly saying their food is getting worse and portion is getting smaller every time I visited them. This time this round, i have make up my mind this visit is my last one. The reasons explained below:
1) As mentioned above, the portion is getting ridiculously small. I ordered their new dish, the unfried chicken. My god, the chicken is so so small, i think the chicken must be underweight or something.
2) with the portion so small, the price i paid is so unfair. I wanna complain to the customer tribunals.
3) the Kenny Rogers Quarter meal comes with 3 sides. The chicken is also getting smaller. And furthermore their sides also getting smaller portion as well
4) the sides are taste awfully. The mac n cheese are gluey and the cheese taste so factory and smell bad.
5) Service is bad enough that my brownie with ice cream was at the food counter for 5 mins and i have to ask the waitress to get my food to serve to me. Plus i have to stand and wait at the front counter about 5 mins to pay my bill.
The only saving grace was the muffin. Still taste good. My 1 star is for the muffin.

โ โ โ โ โ Roasted chicken original flavour is still good over the years. It depends on which outlet too. They don't bother to create the wood fire in their oven anymore. They created more variety of choices over time but not necessarily better tasting offerings. BBQ sauce is now self service. Service quality varies depending on the mood of the attendants. Try DIY and get your own things when you need them.

โ โ โ โ โ Really bad service. Staff doesn't looks pleasant, and replies reluctantly. Muffins came out only after we asked twice. Chicken was cold, mushroom soup was diluted. Not a nice experience and would not revisit.

โ โ โ โ โ 23rd March 2022, came over and place my order at 12.54pm but finally received my order at 1.25pm and finished eating in about 6 minutes but at least they gave me free musroom soup as an apology

โ โ โ โ โ Rarely wrote a review but this being exception to remind myself don't ever come there again.
The food is way below expectation surprisingly. The chicken chop is not even well heated and directly tells it was precooked and taken out from refrigerator. It's just like takeaway food put over 1 hour in the room.
The spaghetti with RM 17 but the serving size look's like a RM5 spaghetti bought from street vendors. To this extent even the fast food restaurant did better.

โ โ โ โ โ Very very very slow service, near 30 minutes just to bring out a can of coke. Staff themselves also can't even differentiate between vanilla & banana muffin. 5 staff but efficiency is down the drain, taking their own sweet time.
Another name brand ruined by horrendous local working ethic.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to the store on May 26th for a dinner. The food is good but can't make up for the bad service. It took me & my wife around 50 minutes to have our order served and a female staff has the nerve to mock my wife when she is informing the staff that they sent us a wrong order after 50 minutes of waiting. On top of that, they didn't even bother to inform us whether the muffin is being baked or already out of stock. They need to fix their attitude.
