★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a order to be delivered at 5.50pm as I was driving and very hungry. The order came at 5.30pm and I was not back home yet. He left and said will be back at 6.30pm. I told him to pass my order by 6pm as I’m hungry he said he can’t and ask me to speak to customer service. The lady who spoke was Indian and extremely rude. If you people don’t know how to handle a food delivery service, don’t run one. Simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with Tabaogo.
My 1st attempt was yesterday. I have placed an order and selected COD as the payment. It took the staff more than 15 minutes to inform that the cod option is no longer available and they will have to reject my order. Hence ill have to re-place my order again.
My 2nd attempt was on the next day (today) with the same restaurant (45 mins delivery).
- At 11.37am: the status on apps shows that the order has been received.
- At around 12.30pm: the status on app was "delivery boy assigned".
- At 1.13pm: i have yet to receive the food and i gave the restaurant a call. I was then told by the restaurant that they did not receive my order from tabaogo.
- At 1.17pm: spoke to tabaogo and their response was "do you want us to reject the order" instead of checking with the restaurant to get my order delivered. And yes, they have only decided to do so after a long talk/complaint.
As at 1.34pm, the issue has yet to be resolved.
* Update: got my food at 1.48pm. And i did not even receive a phone call from Tabaogo since their last "let me check with the vendor and get back to you".
App is bad, service is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered my food by choosing the payment method of cash on delivery. To my dismay, the status is pending on preparing the food without any update after more than an hour. Tabaogo should done a lot improvement on updating the clients on the food status. It’s not funny when you’re really hungry and have to wait for more than an hour in the dark. 1 hour 30 minutes and i still haven’t received my food until now. ?
