★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hosp I had gone so far wen there at emergency dept bcoz met with accident while on way to work n they nvr check properly n gv one day mc although in great pain n went again next day due to heavy pain n the doctor and yells n say y one day mc got dy wat y wan come again just go back n cont the painkiller given yesterday n my fren who met accident with me got bone crack tat olso checked the next day not on the day of accident as the doctor say can walk n eat right so ntg serious n olso at opd waited from 7.30 till 11.40 to meet the doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister had an operation due to a pregnancy one week before. I brought my sister to Bagan Serai gov clinic when she spotted a swollen wound in her cesarean stitches. The nurse from Bagan Serai gov Clinic referred her to Parit Buntar Hospital for further treatment since her wound got infected. I quickly drove her to Parit Buntar Hospital. After the check up at Emergency zone, this was the doctor’s statement, “Nothing to worry for your sister, it’s just a minor swollen in her wound, we can’t just admit her straight away, need to wait for another two days, if wound get worse then bring back to Hospital and we will admit her. There were no infection at all. Nurses at Bagan Serai gov Clinic were not that knowledgeable in this compare to doctors here. We know what we are doing. Can Bring her back home.” After two days, today my sister having fever and swollen wound again. Luckily there is no Covid. Now my sister were rushing to Taiping Hospital for further treatment. If that particular Doctor at Parit Buntar Hospital were not negligence and treat her properly means my sister wouldn’t have any problem and continue breastfeeding her baby. Because of one or two staffs not treating the patient properly, the whole Hospital staffs get misjudged by people. Thank you.
