Alhamdulillah all going smooth and all nurse baik baik dan tak garang..saya sangat nervs sbnrye..tp dgn layan nurse smua baik baikbelaka..cakap lembut2 dan tiada marah2..2) i hd been call kk tmpoi arnd 8am (6/1/19) they pickup the phone very fast..dnt believe wht people say tht kk not pck up the phne and treat u vry bad....i gve 5 star..apa2 pon govermnt will be my choice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service.. Already call so many times no one attend until now.. Last time me call one of the staff said can't bring baby's all to clinic..then change appointment date to this month.. Now me call wanna ask now can bring baby or cannot.. But no one attend.. Dah la suami stuck kat Singapore x blh kluar.. I 1 org je...nak tukar date appointment pun x blh.. Menyusahkan org.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR SERVICE! the DR can eating ICECREAM while talk with patient ? ( that so rude ) and the nurse / receptionist said im not qualify for the mc because its just a diarrhoea? not serious . then why i go to others clinic i can get mc ? can you answer this ? its just ur service is bad , the dr can eat icecream in front of me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service.first time I went to make an appointment then told me tomorrow come at afternoon, didn't make it clear what I was going to bring, when go that ask me have bring this bring that or not ?! i say no have bring , nurse never told me need bring something, the nurse told me why i never ask need to bring what and what!!?? and about injection also never told me what is this then go to another room the nurse give an injection i ask the nurse what this injection for? she told me the for lockjaw after than i ask the nurse check my private clinic record book before i check up that clinic, because i think is already did it , then the nurse told me why just now never told the nurse u already did it , i say the nurse never told what the injection for ! this nurse say why i never ask ?!!anything shirk responsibility! so next time anything must ask ask ask nurse!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau boleh I tak nak bagi 1 star pun. At 8am I went for a pregnancy follow up untuk check glucose dalam darah. Puasa dari semalam. Tapi doctor sgt biadap and preassume without check properly until make me feel regret why i get pregnant. Very negative and easily saying sensitive things to me just like that. I tunggu 4 jam and doctor tak check glucose langsung and suruh 8 dtg balik 2 weeks later. Wasting my time. And as a pregnant lady I puasa more than 12 hours. Very unprofessional doctor and slow service??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I xank bagi start pun…nurse yang duduk kat 1st chair yg indian tu…seriously very rude to patient…HOPE the klinic managenment take issus on this matter…im seriouly pity to see the senior citizen patient ..she treat like hell?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Kekotoran Tampoi. It has the look of a PNG village clinic. Stickers all over the walls, & chairs are dirty & a number broken. Doctors and supporting staff & patients deserve a better premises.
They provide a lane for Warga Emas, and on enquiring, a staff told me it’s for patients who above 70 years old. I googled and found to the contrary it’s 60 and above.
28/8/2021. Reception & Registration counters and pharmacy open on time, kudos.
14/2/2022. Happy Valentines. The new Building adjacent this old klinik has taken shape. Hope the shift to the new premises is sooner rather than later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient handling customers, from the registration, number giving, doctor consultation and taking medicine at pharmacy, everything goes on smoothly. The staff are also very courteous and friendly. I was quite amazed by the work commitment of the staff even though the place just had fire incident some time back. Salute everyone there ??
