★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to your kampung baru outlet twice a week and get no drinks back.first time i go they said the pearl is finish have to wait an hour for the second time they told me that wifi down cant pay by using Touch n Go apps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my feedback, I am okay with the drinks. Just the service part, I need to give my true comment. I felt fully disappointed when I went there to have my drinks in noon time. I ask whether can I use the balance point in my card to redeem for my free drinks. One of the stuff who in charge in the counter not sure about this. So she ask for another chinese girl. The girl straight answer her I didnt have money izit in front of me. Please take some action on it. None of the clean tables inside, all the cups and plastic left it on the table. This is all my feedback. Please the branch manager please take some action on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respect the staffs, they know very well to interact with customers. Even there was a few items not available but message was conveyed proper. As for the Bang Bang Milk Tea, Signature Choco ,Popcorn Cheese and Chicken Roll Cheese were prepared well and taste up to standard.
