β β β β β I tried the hot Earl Grey tea latte and the brown sugar milk tea. Service was a bit of a downer as the counter staff seemed inexperienced and unsure. She did not ask for the level of sweetness and I had to point it out to her. The tea latte was scaldingly hot and I had to wait for 20min before it was fit for consumption without personal injury. The brown sugar milk tea was OK and nothing spectacular.

β β β β β A little expensive but I enjoyed it though. The taste is good.. fast service and the one received my order needs to keep her smile always. #smile to your customer as you greet them...as you said, you bring joy to people's lives through your tea.

People just kept waiting, donβt know why!
Taste of the drinks is not good also!
Ordered cold tea but after waiting for 15mnts, they provided hot tea! ??ββοΈ

β β β β β Original Pearl Milk Tea - Properly Done!
The Pearls are properly cooked. Not dry or too soggy. Even has the taste unlike some other Pearls that are tasteless.
The Milk Tea is done and taste correct as it should.
There is alot of seating at the back and the staff maintain good standard in hygince and were efficient.

β β β β β They moved to the busier area near food court and much bigger shop than what they had before. Staff is honest because I forgot my bubble tea ? after an hour I am able to retrieve them β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ ?
I could given them 4 stars if the shop is more cleaner and notice there's some tissues on the floor. Hope they clean up more and maintain the cleanness of the shop.
