β β β β β It was surprisingly good. Was told by friends that normally a business will go sideways when so many branches is being opened. But its not.
The waiters are really polite, they were detailed in their food description, very attentive to our needs.
They offer apron for us to keep our clothes clean while eating of foods from mala tang, and offered hair tie, a safety packet to keep our mask and cell phone.
Although the free gifts were not available during our times of visit, but the dine in was truly an enjoyable one.
And yeah, my friends celebrated my birthday after our meal, and the waiters sang along and gave a free small chunk of birthday cake.
Will definitely go back some day.

β β β β β Well planned waiting area with proper process flow for last minute call in customer. Good service and most food are well served with good quality. Except fish fillet ordered not to our liking due to the freshness.

Love their tomato soups the most, second will be the δΈι²ζ±€ followed by ζ₯ζ¬ζ΄ι±Όζ±€.
Their staffs will provide best recommendation to you if you are overwhelmed by the choices.
They can even help mixing the spices for you.
One new way of mixing the spices taught by one of the waiter is adding raw egg on top of the spices u have, to be eaten with beef slices, perfect!

As expected from any Hai Di Lao restaurants, the service is top-notch. Attention to seemingly every minute detail is placed. The staff are ensuring the best for the guests.
We enjoyed ourselves with the Hot-Pot, as always. Great stuff!
The only inconvenience is the location, which is at one of the highest floors of Pavilion Mall. But with just a bit more walking, it's worth gaining back the calories at Hai Di Lao because the cuisine is great.

Food is good, soup is delicious and tasty
Did not order any drinks, so not too sure
Ambiance is good. Service is fantastic!
Will come back again for special occasion. A bit pricey as not for daily dining.

β β β β β A totally amah-zing experience from the moment we walked through the entrance. Greeted by friendly faces and welcome greetings. Impeccable service. We had help with what to order( via the ipad ) we had hot towels served ...dishes came out in good time. There was a person who diligently scooped the scum from our soups(x2) and she also helped put the raw ingredients in. We had a show of noodles as she twirled it about ( different person) before putting it in the soup. The noodles tasted very yum. Oh yes we were given aprons to wear too. Nice black ones with red trimmings. Potions are small so they cater for small groups. Perfect. Would we return? Definitely.

β β β β β Foods are delicious. It has a Great Customer Service Top 10. The Waitresses are all polite and friendly. Most of the soup based is 'true to taste'.
The atmosphere is very comfortable and the prices are very affordable. Greatly Recommended!!!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They makes you feel like home.
The soup base are delicious and my favourite is tomato soup. Food ingredients are fresh too. One of the best place for hotpot.
My favourite thing is here the fruits and snack bar. The tofu pudding is the best!
The view here near window is cool!
