★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. At the counter one girl was so rood. We booked twin seat. But once be there only we came to know all seats are same. We paid RM 10 was un worthy. Next time surely we don't go to this place and won't recommend to anyone.

But this is really the last hope for this mall.. cinema is the only reason why this mall got traffic.. came to watch spiderman no way home... The seats are high so that I can rest my head.. this is one of the best part of this cinema..quality seats~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cinema is quite decent. Ample houses and they have got self purchase ticketing kiosk. Besides they have also food counters to quench you thirst and fill your hungry belly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at 9th floor, the only path to be here is access via lift. Staff is attentive and practising SOP, tad bit crowded and long queue at candy bar mainly due to Godzilla vs Kong on-screen first day.
Only flaw was during the redemption of movie tickets as the scanner is limited and malfunction, thus gonna manually key in which drag some time.
Overall neat hall and clean ?, leave me good impression in spite of first time being here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cinema itself is in great condition ? Enjoyed having almost the whole hall to myself and few others only. Look for the central lift at centre court and head up to Level 9. There are no signs around the mall to direct you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm totally surprised when entered the mall. It was a 'death empty mall'. None of the shops were open nor you see anyone walking. Super eerie!
The theater is located at the 9th floor. Not much activities there too, probably because it was a Monday. The place is well managed, staffs are helpful & the toilet is clean. Went there for Poochandi & the movie experience itself was good.
