β β β β β I went for foot reflexology.. I am not sure how many outlets they hv in 1utama but I had my feet washed in one outlet n then had to go downstairs ( outside n down the escalator)to another room where they have a room for the foot massage... not viable at all.. why can't it all b done in one unit? This washing of feet n then go outside n down the escalator to another unit is very unhygienic. Don't recommend this outlet of Thai Odyssey.

β β β β β Being lead to B2 floor for foot massage. The massage was too soft. Same feedback as others, alot of noises and people passing by, not properly scented and no spa music playing like healthland. Gonna be my first and last visit.

β β β β β There are few things i need to point out:
1. Location
The branch is located at the car park basement and separated into 2 places (B1 and B2). You have to register and wash your leg at B1 and then the masseuse will lead you to B2. This totally unhygienic and troublesome. To a level its weird and awkward.
2. Ambience
The B2 place where foot massage is performed is very noisy. You can hear the car noice, door opening, ppl talking and even some customer watching movie. You wont able to relax with all the noise.
3. Professionalism
The worst of all, they made my girlfriend to change at the open space where they perform the leg massage just because they are closing. Regardless of the time they shouldn't have done that.
Nevertheless, the massage was good. However, good massage is no use if these was downside exist.

β β β β β I am usually happy with Thai odyssey but seems one u branch is not compatible to me. 1. Quality of massage - very soft, I had to tell a few of them to do it hard. After I requested, one of the massager did strong but she did it like until my bones were almost breaking. Don't know how to control. My foot massage was just ended with putting body cream on my calfs, but no massaging my foot and sole. 2. As some of them mentioned, it's near the car park and depending on the capacity you might need to go to a different floor after washing foot. If you don't want hectic, recommend other outlets.

β β β β β The skill is good. The environment is bad. It is located inside the shopping mall basement one and basement two. Basement two is for foot massage and right opposite the lift. The space is small and no privacy at all. So many ppl pass by and some of them purposely stand in front the glass door or window look through the window into the massage room. You can't really relax inside and keep disturbing by outside. The temperature is high and hot which they can't control it as well and controlled by the shopping mall. Although the massage skill is good, but not worth for money which the price consider high compare with others. I been disturbed by noise from outside for whole session.

β β β β β Based on all the comments that customer review, car noise, open close door noise, yes there is, but I focus on the massage, and it was super duper professional, the masseur have the strength and she releases all of my muscle pain. It's incredible, and I suggest u guys whoever went to gym which causes muscle stiffness, opt for Traditional Thai package. The Masseur name was Ms Lo/Po, can't get her name right. Thank u so much for the amazing muscle relief.

β β β β β I went for an aromatherapy full body massage to relax. The last time I went to here was before the pandemic. The place looks serene and quiet. I had to pay first, before the service. It was RM199.30 for a 90 minutes aromatherapy massage.
The masseuse did a light foot scrub for me before heading into the massage room. I was given a disposable underwear to change into and a hair net for my hair. The masseuse is small but she is strong. It was very painful for me. I didn't feel comfortable at all. She even slipped her elbow onto my spine and it hurt so much. I had told her to massage my shoulder area more, but she did the back so much until it hurt. I didn't like it. My body felt worse than before the massage.

β β β β β made a last minute booking here. call at 1130 am and got empty spots at 2pm. it was great. the massage parlor is located in the new wings near to the post office. when we arrive it was the normal washing feet and changing your shoes. the downside would be there is no bathroom in the parlor, you will need to go up one stair to the toilets and finish up your business. so just go to the toilet before you go to thai odyssey here. the massage was wonderful. not too painfull, the pressure points was just nice. i really enjoyed the massages. will be back!
