โ โ โ โ โ My husband and i went for 45 minutes reflexology massage. My husband told the messuese to do it little harder then she ignored as if she didnโt hear then i went to tell my messuese to inform her as I thought that she didnโt understand later then she (my husband mesuese) looked at me rudely and said โi understandโ so i ask her back why didnโt she respond or atleast do it harder so she kept quiet and just simply stared at me. So i had to call the Reception to change my husband messuese. Such a very bad attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ I came here for a head shoulder massage with my 22 months old, who was sleeping in my arms. I was holding a lot of bags and carrying my sleeping baby while booking the massage. No one helped me.
When I told them I would need to put my baby down on a chair while Iโm getting the massage, they told me I cannot. I looked at their foot massage area, which is completely empty with 6 chairs or so. They said I couldnโt put my baby on any of the chairs. I told them I would take my baby off of their chair if they have more customers to take up the room. They said no I could only leave my baby (a 22 months old) OUTSIDE in the couch area...
I was in shock for this type of treatment in such a baby friendly city. I confirmed 3 times that if you have an extra chair that no one is using, you wouldnโt let my baby sleep in? The receptionist said yes! Shocking!!!!
As I left the spa, feeling exhausted and angry, I saw a poster of this place in the mall, which says โBest family spa in Malaysiaโ. What an irony! Karabuning (Bangsar shopping centre branch), you put Malaysian hospitality to shame!

โ โ โ โ โ Probably the first Thai Odyssey outlet that pushes me to sign up package upon arrival (Iโve been to many TO location around KL) instead of vetting through my choice of massage and concern - not a good first impression. The interior is more fancier than the rest, hence extra cost (about +RM10).

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff and professional masseuse. A very thorough massage and they responded well. Requested for a harder massage and they complied. The ambience is very relaxing and quiet place to relax. After my massage was given a red bean pastry and tea.
However, itโs still possible to hear the next room which can be abit annoying. Also, it will be better if the masseuse can communicate better with the customer to prevent unnecessary surprises.

1star due to:
- not experienced to providing decent massage, paying for 90 min to be touched is not what I was after.
I walked away with having more pain then walking in.

โ โ โ โ โ A really up market chain wellness spa located on the 2nd floor of the new wing of Bangsar Shopping Centre which offers reflexology and full body massage. Service is excellent, professional and premises is very well decorated and very clean. My concern is the package prices which they are selling the services which remained one of the highest in the market and beyond the reach of most ordinary patrons like us. You can basically get the same service elsewhere cheaper but with a lesser branding. Recommended with serious reservations and in my humble opinion, this is strictly for those who can afford to pay.
