★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to prior reviews we came prepared. What we like about Glamz. 1. Location is good. The place is calming and a great place to bond with kids. We could hear the sounds of nature at night and really got the camping feeling (including some bugs that flew in out tent :)). 2. The breakfast is much better than expected. They sent whatsap with menu option. So next day we sat according to assigned table and they will serve the breakfast at your table. There is also a small buffet with with cereals, toast and make your own half boiled egg kit 3. The toilet although small was clean. We stayed in the bell tent and were comfortable. We didnt stay in the tent after 10am till 6pm as it was hot but spent the day in Genting. 4. The butterfly park was 10 minute walk away. So we walked there for strawberry shake. Lots of wildflowers along the way. 5. There are board games and badminton sets we could use for free. There is a family bike that we can use but u just cycle round in circles in it. Gave the kids a good laugh. Who knew. Genius idea given the limited space. 6. There is a pantry with cuckoo water dispenser (hot and cold water). The kids just love getting all of our attention here as we left our laptops at home. What we think can be improved is the road for parking. The cleanliness of the linen and some molds growing in the tent. But I am guessing its a constant battle given the elements. The view outside our bell tent is a walkway and gate. So no open space to run around in front of your tent. Need to go to the common area to do that. The cups in the room are just small plastic cups. If you brought your own coffee, then I suggest bring some mugs as well. Also pack like u r camping using backpacks. Its just more practical for this place as there are some stairs to get to the tent. Overall a comfortable stay and we had good experience. Just dont come expecting a luxury camping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience I had at Glamz was not what I had in mind. I stayed a night in a VIP dome which unfortunately I find it quite disappointing. There were few problems such as:
1. Jacuzzi was not hot enough.
The private jacuzzi that the VIP dome provided was not hot enough. The hot water that it was releasing did not last very long, it didn't even manage to fill up half of the jacuzzi with hot water, it was mostly warm around 31C when it reached half.
2. The toilet was not in a pleasant condition.
You would expect that getting a VIP dome would provide a toilet that was clean and a sanitary state that is good, however when I was there I noticed a lot of molds that were on the sink, walls and even the toilet bowl. This made me feel uncomfortable when I was using the toilet, I even had to rinse the toilet floor as there were a lot of dirt, multiple strands of hair that wasn't even mine and unwanted junk when I arrived. They could also at least provide necessary toiletries as there was only a body wash there.
3. Could improve the quality of the food.
I wouldn't say the food there was terrible, as a matter a fact I actually enjoyed the steamboat dinner there. The chilli they provided was great! However, I find the breakfast a bit of a downer. My family and I ordered dim-sum and a fried noodle which I find it quite hard to consume. The dim sum was hard and dry and the fried noodle was tactless.
These were some of the problems that I think they could improve on.
Personally, it was a experience but I would honestly book a hotel instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends rented 2 family dome to experience glamping. I would say we did enjoy our time here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the toilet are very clean since there is not attached toilet to our dome. I would definitely come again for a longer stay. However being at the middle of the genting hill. The weather will get a bit humid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service by the staff! I was very happy and well looked after during our stay. Very attentive staff, they always keep an eye on the WhatsApp. Little things such as request for extra towels for jacuzzi just need to WhatsApp and the next minute, you have your towels. This even happens during our steamboat meal and breakfast.
Too bad the weather was not good and we can't see any stars. However, the accommodation, meals, service and cleanliness is all 5/5 stars for me. Keep up the good work! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall service was okay. The place was clean. We stayed in the Vip dome with private jacuzzi. But with such a high price tag the place lacks some basic amenities. Next Genting trip we will definitely stay in a proper hotel or apartment
- there is no in room hot kettle provided. Imagine waking up in the cold morning and can't have hot coffee or tea. You will have to wait till 8:30 for breakfast to be served.
- the hot water for the jacuzzi is not adequate for such a huge tub. You will end up with just warm water instead of hot to get the tub fill up.
- the floor of the toilet/shower cubicle is uneven, so water can't properly drain leaving a puddle in the cubicle all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's few types of room, some rooms only have air cooler which unable to lower the room temperature during afternoon, but on night time the weather itself is chill enough. The room's cleanliness is satisfied too. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location wise please follow Google maps instead of Waze. Generally, the place is worth for a stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is surrounded by a lot of trees and the air is very refreshing.
However the room is not well maintained. Our toilet door is easily detached, and the draining system is poor. There will be small flood in the toilet after showering.
We booked a dome and added 2 beds but the space is hardly fit additional 2 beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were friendly, the breakfast portion was big enough, the room was cozy and the view outside was great.
But had to give 4 stars as it's a little pricey considering the room was not in the best condition (pillow cover, towels and mosquito net had stains) and they do not provide SHAMPOO so be sure to bring it with you!
Overall I loved the experience :)
