โ โ โ โ โ Nice quite place. Within short driving distance to Genting Permai available reasonably price restaurant and groceries stores. Just further up is Gotong Jaya and the premium outlet which is link to the cable car complex which will takes you up to Genting Highlands with a stop at the Chinese temple.

โ โ โ โ โ The bathroom and toilet was so dirty. The balcony too. Resort should do something to improve their cleanliness in this two areas.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a good place to stay in because the price for per night is affordable. The room is big, good bed, nice view and it has a balcony facing swimming pool. The sofa need to be changed or to be clean properly because you can see the stains clearly (don't know what stains it was either children spill their milk/foods or "2 human error" ?? the toilet has a shower, toiletries and bath towel although it was quite old. The only thing that I was not really happy was their breakfast. They only serve you a small cup of tea/coffee and a piece of curry puff/egg tart. But you cannot complaint more as it was a complimentary breakfast for room guest. If you wish to have nasi lemak or sandwiches, they do have but you have to pay for it because it was ala carte. Maybe the property could provide more variety such as cereals, muffin or congee for guests to choose.
Distance to Genting Premium Outlets is around 10 minutes (driving)

โ โ โ โ โ Spacious room. Comfortable enough for my family of 4. The pool garden during the night was pretty with lights decoration. Parking can easily accessible til midnight.
But cons here..i couldn't find an elevator on the same floor of our room. So we have to climb stairs with our luggage..so i'm feeling mehhh ..
It was situated almost at the end of steep and narrow road. Ohh..the signboard only written as "GVR Kempas".. while me as first timer looking everywhere searching for the "genting view resort" ???
But overall..we all satisfied. Might come again soon.

โ โ โ โ โ Location was actually deeper into the forest than expected and the narrow road may be eerily creepy at night but since there are other hotels/apartments nearby, there are always cars on the road so it wasn't too bad.
The room we got was pretty decent. Clean and spacious. Had all the standard hotel things. This was the view from our room.
Customer service was great too. Receptionist was friendly and was extremely helpful when we had trouble accessing our room (happened twice).
Only comment is management should take into consideration on establishing proper SOPs for any emergency matters that may happen at night since there is no one from the management that works at night. Even the security guards didn't have the contact number so we had to rely on the hotline number when we had issue with our access card.
Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't mind coming here again.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed there on October 2021, at superior twin room. The room was spacious, the environment was nice but the cleanliness needed to be improved. We cant even use the fridge because they did not cleaned it at all and got left over that already smelled bad from previous customer. We called the hotel but they said housekeeping closed already, around 10 pm at that time.
To access the lift from the lobby, we must use stairs & no other way. It was not convenient especially if you have lots of luggage or have special needs. Final verdicts, recommended if you are fine with basic accommodations & does not have special needs. Price also quite cheep.
