Yummy food choices with decent prices. Excellent takeout packaging. It's usually crowded all the time.

We were a group of 10 and ordered rice with chicken for everybody. But we didn't get it all at once. We had to wait a bit. We also ordered okra which was really good. A few drinks like coke and iced tea which was refillable as much as you want. The only problem was the serving staff. They would take too long to bring the food and also they would take a lot of time to refill the cups. The food was good. I think they should hire more staff to meet the demand.

It was on the Ground floor. If you park on the basement and enter the sunway putra mall through seven eleven mart, the shop just after the escalator. During lunch, the resto usually full and hard to get a table here but after 2PM, the table much more available. We eat here and order family package for about RM70. With my four children, we cannot clean the meal and ask the waiter to wrap the rest to bring it home. About the taste, it depend on you. But my children love it.

Very bad costomor service , First you wait for ages outside so they don't explain anything or talk at all even if you ask they just walk off , or talk with their eyes not even signing ,for 5 minutes I didn't know that I should order by scanning and registering my phone number only! .last time they brought the menu to the table. My order web page gave an error, I was asked to speak to the costomor service to let them know I was waiving to any one of the group that was working at the back but they kept staring at me like I was doing something wrong . they had a robot waiter only serving certain tables, they didn't explain that or had a sign saying that it was shocking to see that passing by me and talking. A man was harrasing me and nobody said anything I wasn't sure he was talking to me because I didn't understand the language but he was loud and frankly harrasing me and no waiter noticed that or asked him to stop once I was sure he was talking to me and. I asked him to stop loudly and he stopped. Very poor costomor service engagement and strangee experience The robot was more friendly than they were ? I like the food so I might try other branch or order delivery .

Visited on a Sunday evening. Service is a bit slow despite many staff working. Serving tray on the robot is very dirty and make us lost some appetite. Bean sprout is not fully cooked and pak choy is very salty. Rice is ok, but chicken and asam fish are cold. Pai Tee is yummy.

The food was acceptable , I liked more the robot than the staff?. I ordered BBQ Chicken combo, the portion was very small and the rice was tasteless, the chicken was good. I also ordered Fish meal and received no sauces (should have been 3). The portions are a lot smaller as in the pictures and the food is not so tasty. To drink I have ordered Dino Choco malt and Berry Jelly Fizz. The Choco malt was really tasteless like colored water. I am so sorry to give this negative review but they can do so much better!

Atmosphere The ambiance is quite dull as compare to other branch. Waiters seems to be dull and not smiling to customers. While seating, i felt cold and request for change of place. Before changing, i checked with the supervisor if its okay to change since i have ordered food, she asked why without a smile or courtesy. I was shocked with the attitude. And i said its cold inside and i wanted to seat outside. Then the supervisor just shake her head wiuthout saying a single word. Worst customer service i never experience in an brand. Cleanliness Spoon was not clean and requested for change. Food quality Average ?
