Hello?! shouldn't u ask the customer abt it when I was at the counter then after saying it to me and run behind the kitchen to hide herself
And if I need to tell u every drink I order also add sugar then it mean your drinks have no tastes at all what a lousy service and rude staff.
I will not recommend buying drink at there at all,I will recommend buying Starbuck at there cuz the service is much better

I'll be frank, the Coffee Bean itself and the menu is great like always.
The staff though can be friendlier. Sour deadpan faces and not at all interested to serve me and answer questions. Not quite the kind of energy you need when getting your morning coffee. I think they can do better with that. Or perhaps I should have worn MYR8000 watch and expensive clothes to get better treatment maybe? (I'm being sarcastic of course).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a discussion here and ordered their capuchino, tuna bread and salad. Reasonable quality food and good ambience. Tables are too small if you have anything more than just coffee or if wish to eat something.
