★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location, but the rooms very bad maintained. I have checked in 1 room and changed to another room but both rooms are water leaking from the celling. 2 hours after, finally check in at the 3rd room which without water leaking but the 50% of down lights are not working at the bedroom. I have made a request to talk to the duty manager but 2 days after, haven’t received any call from the manager. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat was very fresh, no weird animal taste. Good protion, good serving, just perfect cut size. Side dishes was also extremely impressive. Cocktail was also very pretty and tasteful. Would recommend and bring my foreigner friend here if I ever want them to experience the Japanese grill bbq!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good hotel with a fantastic location. Connected directly to Gardens mall and Mid Valley.
Staff are generally friendly and rooms are spacious with a good layout.
The water from the bathtub faucet was a hue of yellow with residue though. Sadly the only aspect that wasn't up to expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hassle free check-in and friendly & helpful front office personnel as well housekeeping staff.
Hotel conditions not bad & value for money.
Definitely location is superb with convenience direct access to Gardens & Midvalley.
The facilities can utilise will be swimming pools only.
Only one issue for improvement will be parking & accessible from basement floor to hotel lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad reception. Need to wait much longer. 5 star hotel but do not know how to entertain guest. Feel like staying at budget hotel. No update regarding the room we need to ask so many time. Very shameful with your management. First and last for us stay here. Strongly not recommended to those who travel far away and tired. Never say sorry when late check in. I’m travel with my family. Not consideration to kids waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is well located with easy access to mid Valley and the office buildings opposite. Took quite a while to have hot water for shower and water will flood the bathroom as drainage is slow. Careful on slippery floor when walking out after bath. I almost slipped and fell. Breakfast is simple but nice. Gym looks big but I didn’t have time to train. Overall, still a nice hotel and will stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how this hotel got a 5 star rating. The only good thing so far has been the location. Staff is unfriendly, and unhelpful, it looks like things take effort for them to move. No one takes your bags up. Front desk at times does not answer the phone. Kitchen closes at 10pm so you can’t get food late at night I had to order grab. My room carpet was wet from the drain leaking and shower, imagine walking on a wet carpet in your room. They found out that night I got there because they cancelled my room. But they didn't move me into a new room until the next day. Housekeeping and management seem to not communicate or take action fast enough. Do not get the breakfast here the food is unhealthy and cheap. I asked the front desk staff if the fruit juice they have is fresh, he said yes, its is 200% not fresh. When I told him he said “Oh” and didn’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location. We stayed at the residences which had really spacious and comfy rooms. The soundproofing was great too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was maintenance clearly needs work. The drain would get clogged quickly and they didn't clean the cabinets well. We booked a few rooms and some rooms did not have certain amenities. There's validated parking for RM5 per entry which is really nice.
