The Grand Gateway dinner is the only place you will never feel bored with an Aviation-themed environment. At the entrance, you may enjoy the 360degree shoot video then the moment you enter the dining hall, you will be amazed by a fully digital screen on the wall. This is how I felt. The best part is the food was excellent and so was the service. I had the Japanese scallop which was awesome. Forest berry sorbet was also very good. The local cendol presentation was really great and so delicious! I love the magic part, it was really fun! Too many things to share..it's better for you to try it! I can't reveal it here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just we need after being cooped up for 6 months due to MCO. This is our first time in Grand Hyatt KL as well as The Grand Getaway. It was definitely a unique experience having the chance to experience the ambience and the food of 5 countries in one night! The food was delicious and the hospitality shown by your crew was above and beyond :) The grand getaway team definitely made my little girl's birthday celebration extra special this year.
And the room, words can't describe it, you definitely have to come and experience it yourself. Amazing view with such awesome amenities. My favorite was definitely the family size bath tub overlooking the KL twin tower.
Will definitely come back again

Last Feb 10th, we managed to experience the most exclusive and unforgettable dinner at The Grand Getaway. It was really one fantastic idea that really made our days.
We took the business class seat and we were offered the most strategic seat that night. Thank you so much to the team. We love everything about The Grand Getaway ; from the venue, the set up, the menu (of course), all the friendly cabin crews, the awesome table decorations, the five places we travelled that night, and the journey experience to each of the place. We were amazed on how The Grand Getaway team synchronized everything perfectly, from the songs used to the graphic and everything. Those were awesome. We were in awe.
We love on how you guys choose the menu for both adults and kids. There were some of the menus that I never tasted before, and those tasted so yummy! And the cendol, it was beyond our expectation. We did not expect that cendol to be very beautifully served and seriously it was scrumptiously delicious. I am a Malaysian (for sure), but I think that was the best cendol I ever had as for now. Kudos to the chef and teams.
We were having fun at The Grand Getaway with our kids too. It was surprised that they really enjoyed sitting for almost two hours with whatever served to them. We were curious at first thinking how can we make them sit still while enjoying the event. Ohhh, it turned out they enjoyed every single thing that night. The enjoyed the food, the ambience and ALL.
All of my posts about The Grand Getaway has pulled the interest to all of my friends. They asked me about the event and they wanted to feel the same too. So, I introduced this The Grand Getaway to them! I hope they can have the best time just like what I had.
If 5 stars are the maximum recognition we can give, I would say “infinity stars” for The Grand Getaway. Congratulations team The Grand Getaway for organizing such a fantastic and wonderful event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and unexpected anniversary dinner for me. It's remind me of my job as cabin crew. The hospitality from beginning check in, waiting lounge, dinner and until the end really amazing with helpful crew with smily face all the way. I'm really proud as Malaysian because this is such a brilliant ideas for people who loves to travel but can't do so and of course this ideas make MALAYSIA STANDING IN THE EYES OF THE WORLD.
Would recommend this place to everyone and would love to bring my family's in future.
Thank you to my husband Ozzy Baharuddin who organize this surprised Anniversary Dinner for me. Love you so much.

All the foods including breakfast were delicious..The Grand Gateway dining experience is extraordinary & remarkable! This was on the top of our list of best stays/experiences ever. Thank you!
