★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service from this 5 star hotel's restaurant. The waitress named Fajar was either not being paid well or just being ignorant. When you asked a question, she will not answer you but will only shake or nod her head. And when we asked for the bill, even after raising our voice to say excuse me, she couldn't hear because she was busy playing with a kid and then talking to her colleague. We have to walk up to her to tell her that she can serve our dessert but maybe she's having hearing problem at the same time, she responded with "hah?" instead of "sorry, can you please repeat". So we have to repeat ourselves and of course we asked her to serve us, so we deserve no thank you. And when we paid our bill, because we get ourselves there voluntarily, there's no thank you either and maybe we looked like clowns to her and her colleague, they started whispering, slightly peep at us a little and then giggling. Well, thanks for the brilliant service, this is so embarrassing especially when you're with your guest from the US. All the best, Hilton KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. Two hours waiting for a meal at The Loubge is no excuse for a global brand like this. Unapolagetic staff, no update on tardiness. I was wondering if this is Hilton or a cheap B&B. Simply atrocious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for the High Tea to be served for 1 HOUR and 15 minutes! even tho we were one of the first customers to order the High Tea Set and there was only a few tables occupied.
Told the staff and manager multiple times but they don't seem to care nor check on our orders. In return they gave us extra durian mooncake but the rest of the food is just so-so

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A splendid hi-tea experience ?. Even we arrived earlier, they still entertain and serves us. Hi-tea suppose to start from 2.30pm untill 5pm but we were being served even at 1.45pm. Kudos for the great hospitability.
We order hi-tea set and Nasi Goreng Melayu and we really enjoys both. None of the hi-tea set is too sweet, each one of them is simply perfect to us. The nasi goreng ? Couldnt be much nicer. Nicely presented and big portion, enough for two persons.
Price wise ? Its reasonable if you taking both the food and the ambiance into consideration. On top of that being a Hilton members will give you a 25% discount.You can even get your parking ticket validated by their concierge so that yoj only have to pay RM9 for the whole day.
Will definitely visit again in the future. Kudos to The Lounge, Hilton KL.
