Frankly, most of the so called Chili Pan Mee in Ipoh is not up to standard and has their own twisted version.
I can't say for everyone, but most of them are not what I've tasted in klang valley, the mince meat, the sauce, the chili, the egg, I guess everyone has their own taste and always think they are more competent than the others when they can't even do the proper one.
Conclusion, this is rare one of the best that you can find in this place.
