★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's connected to kiara163 mall, which is very convenient with a lot of nice eateries, jaya grocer and bakeries. It has a beautiful rooftop pool, well equipped gym and gameroom. Walking distance to future MRT3. I've no complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scratched a few times going in the parking as the curved walls are really narrow. the management can simply add on temporary barrier to the already narrow road and scratched my car every time when i passed through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most convenient serviced residences in Mont Kiara that I have stayed so far. Very new. There’s neighbourhood cafe called “Provision” at the lobby. 3 minutes walk connected to the 163 Retail Park shopping mall - food, saloons, desserts and grocery shopping. Also, it surrounded by all the nice cafes and restaurants. Future MRT 3 the Mont Kiara station will be just hundreds meter away. If you are looking for convenience and connectivity, I would say here is the perfect place.
