★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with the guards. The traffic flow guidance is super bad and when you accidentally go the wrong way, the guard will act as possessed demon to chase you out by shouting very badly. This happened to almost all the vehicles i've seen entering The Mansion. The management have to take serious action on the guard ( local guard ), even the foreign guard there seems to be super calm and well spoken but local guard acting as thug will drive away your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are taking room to stay as a working adult,then it is a bad place as the real estate agent will cheat and mentioned that one building is an apartment and the other is a BAC hostel.but after u pay all the money,they will treat you as a hostelier and put the same rules as the BAC students.no visitors allowed.say that it is management rule.And the electricity bill is a daytime robbery as they do their own bills and charge so high each month that you can't afford to pay.everything spoiled as simple as a non working light there is charges whereas there is alrwady leakage in the room and broken parts.they mentioned also will deduct your deposit if there is anything spoilt as simple as a paint faded away.I believe it is atrocious.even though the room price is affordable but the strict rules, expensive electricity bills and extra repair bills for everything is such a hassle and headache for you if u stay as a working adult because you will be paying the double amount of your original rent.so think twice of taking this apartment even though it is conveniently close to kl sentral.
