★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great experience as a first timer admitted to the hospital. The services that I receive from Dr. Sandev Singh was excellent. I really appreciate him in taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I can see the way he treats me throughout the 3 days I was in the hospital showed that he’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. Not to mention the staff were all very friendly and helpful. ❤️

Dr Bala (ENT in Thompson Hospital) who had treated my daughter a couple of years ago, referred me to Dr Sandev. The pleasant experience that I had in Dr Bala’s clinic continued when I met Dr Sandev. He completely put me at ease and my apprehensions about going to a hospital were gone and he explained to me what he intends to do for my medical issue. A week later, I was admitted for the endoscopy and all the staff that attended to me were very courteous and helpful. After the endoscopy, Dr Sandev explained to me what he saw during the procedure and what he did. His actions and explanation gave me confidence that I’ll be fine. I went for the follow up consultation today and Dr Sandev was as delighted as I were that I’m feeling so much better just after 2 weeks of medication. Thank you Dr Sandev and keep up the good work.

He also explained the treatment and role of each prescribed drug along with giving extra information about lifestyle changes required to fix the ailment better and quicker. He made me feel very relaxed and talked in a very friendly manner thus helping me calm down and feel assured that i will be fine. Highly recommended.
