★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a newly apartment about 2-year times, so all came in new, newly designed, furnitures and accessories were everything new and nicely done. Despite the looks, management parts including guard, parking and security were a bit poor-handling. Guests should be informed to park at the selected parking instead of they just clamp without prior notice or information. Each floor need to be accessed by the parking access card which was not so convinient for guests with family that wanted to go out to beach and swimming pool.
Need to think of something that would be convinient to guests.
e.g.
-the door to go out to beach can be opened at the reasonable time..without need to use access card.
-each room should be given 2 same access cards that can be used anywhere including parking, swimming pool, room.no such different cards that make guests confused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we are enjoy to stay in Timur Bay kuantan, beautiful view, clean and tidy rooms, i give 4 stars only .. Bcoz my kids are a bit sad..the pool is closed.. Pkp 2021 #kitajagakita# ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are happy with the membership since we became a member, we had tremendous joy in benefiting the facilities offered. We have been to quite a number of places and created wonderful memories. One of those we enjoyed so much was the SGIVC Timur Bay in Kuantan. The place is strategically located. Check-in is made easy with friendly staff. The room meet our expectation and very clean. The kids have so much fun spending time in the swimming pool which was very large overlooking the sea. We will be back for more.
