★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most likely the worst courier operating in Malaysia right now. Parcels from Singapore take a week to be delivered; a parcel from Italy takes 10 days to get to KLIA, then get held up due to duty but they never inform you of it. It just sits in their NIlai warehouse until you call them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big company without proper system. Requested for change of address, call staff confirmed thrice in three different calls the address has been changed. But the next day call for update they mention no change of address request has been made. and it's going to the old address!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very irresponsible and have poor customer service. TNT did not declare our shipments as repair and return and caused us to be charged with SST for RM 6000+. Its absurd! When we asked for refund, they admitted the mistake but they are delaying it and not responsive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COURIER SERVICE
