★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife sent her brand new Yaris today for running in services. T issues 1. Driver door does not close properly & practically hv to bang t door to get it closed. Annoyingly t technician said that was normal thus nothing was done. 2. Glove compartment bit loose & with gap. Technician said normal w all Yaris & nothing was done. 3. Reverse gear shift rather hard/not smooth. Similarly t technician remarked that is normal thus nothing wa done. 4. Airbag sensor faulty. Not before technician insistance nothing was wrong, only later discovered it was truly faulty. But no part available so my wife gotta wait for t part to come in. 5. Allignment & balancing was bad. Luckily technician repaired this perhaps coz hv to b paid by owner. My questions - why toyota QC so poor that delivery of such faulties gone unchecked? why toyota semambu technician having such a lackadisical attitude?
Honestly I regretted buying yaris & shud hv gone to honda instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are more focusing on paid services instead of providing services, if you are just claiming any faulty happens from your car that under warranty , they would just unwilling to serve you! Even through you are claiming for warranty without any charges. They will just try their best to dig out any area that could charge you! It was scary and ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Went to service my car and told me will be done around 3pm. When im arrived, the staff told me its not ready yet. At the end my car ready at 0630pm. Without told me any reason why delayed but just keep asking me to wait.
Perodua service is more good than them ?
