β β β β β 1st time here. Need to order thru scan qr code, if old folk no need eat if uneducated. Ordered lamb chop (wait more than 30 min) the high tech qr order did not mention need to wait how long. Ordered chicken wing wait more than 30 min after lamb chop finished the chicken wing not yet come (cancelled order). What kind of services provided, charges of foods is not cheap. Need to keep asking where mine lamb chop and chicken wing. High tech order but low tech service.

β β β β β Nice place to enjoy some Western food and alcoholic drinks. The pizza and pasta was delicious. Price is rather reasonable as franchise. However the service was inefficient where we have waited almost 30mins for our drinks and 1.5hours for our food. Serving staffs were kind and polite. Ambient environment and there is 2nd floor seating too.

β β β β β A good place for drink but not a good place for pork chop. Crispy pork knuckle cost 90 myr and I wait for more than half an hour present an overcooked crispy knuckle which order by a senior citizen that could hardly had few bites. Then, the servants offered swap to a pork ribs that taste sour same goes to the mashed potato. Ended up just pay and go, felt extremely disappointed. Is the pork rib supposingly taste sour? And the crispy knuckle used to be overcooked? Other than that, the pasta and mushroom soap served were totally perfect.

β β β β β None of the front staff check the lists of the tables whether all food are served. Neither the supervisor nor the waiters / waitresses. Sat for 10 mins and none of them brought the qr code for menu until we asked. They were not busy at all actually but just gathered beside the counter or walked around.
Placed our order at 12.58p.m. and we were told that one of the order was unavailable. So we placed the second order of add on.
3 dishes out of 4 in the first order were served around 1.20p.m. Then the add on was served too at 1.32p.m.
The Nachos in the first order was not served and nobody did checking the list. We had finished those were served but still the Nachos was not ready until we raised our hand to ask for checking with the kitchen. So we guessed they missed out the order. Not only our table. There was another table food is not served too. The customer was angry.
Then, we were told that Nachos will be ready after 4 minutes. We waited for 10 mins again and raised our hand to "beg" for checking. If not they don't even care.
Finally it was served hot on the table. Guess what? It was disappointing again. The cheese between the nachos didn't melt. What a bad experience. We didn't eat all as the cheese was disgusting when it doesn't melt.
We didn't get any apologies from the staff for the late service and also the bad food. Can't believe that none of them shows apology for their wrong.

β β β β β Dining around weekend 9.30pm, serving speed i gave 10/10, overall is good.
From my opinion, aglio olio should be add garlic to have more garlic taste.
Thumbs up for the fish fritters and the fries (chicken chop).
My husband give credits for their homemade chili sauce.
Beverages so far so good.

β β β β β Very bad, first and the last. Nasi lemak only top up with santan on plain rice, chicken chop just out from freezer and the cooking oil are not fresh, salad tasted strange and not going to take risk, pork rib curry not fully cooked and keropok not crispy and soft. Overall very bad.
