★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had in Uniqlo. The cashier named Atha was pulling a long face and was being so unpleasant I wished I could have done the job myself. No greeting no thank you fine whatever, but I don’t appreciate my items getting threw around before i even used it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys did not honor what you sell. We took time selecting the colors. Although they are only socks. You should honor the price tag that you put up on the shelf. It was not our mistake, and we even asked your staff to take a look at them. Uniqlo KLCC, I'm very disappointed with your store and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a fast world you go to places like this to not be bothered by a sale staff until you reach the payment counter. Just pay n make sure you get your item. Exchanging items is also easy but in the post Covid-19 world better to be sure you don't have to.

Big place, big variety. Big selection.
Some products are bargains. Some are expensive, some are average.
It is worth a visit and looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left standing at the Click n Collect counter for 10 mins before anyone even come to serve. Customers at the normal counters keep moving n 1 cashier even close counter without checking up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The payment counter staff didn’t inform a lady which jump queue without queuing. I was queuing according to the arrow on the floor, and the lady just jump queue for the payment. Even I had looking at the cashier and the cashier didn’t inform the lady. When I make a payment with another counter, mentioned this issue and she is apology on behalf. For Uniqlo Fahreinheit, Midvalley has the queuing guided but KLCC here without it. Uniqlo management should look into it and prevent this happen anymore. This is not fair to other people. If you do not one putting the queuing guide, please educate your cashier inform those are not queuing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a mega staff if you are into trendy and value for money clothing without compromising on quality and design. The store is very well run and staff are helpful and friendly. During peak time, all counters are open to reduce wait time. Customer satisfaction and providing positive customer experience seems to be their priority.
