โ โ โ โ โ The worst shop ever. I came to buy the bag I have reserved before, when I checked the bag got defect. So I asked to change to the other piece, I even begged for it. The staffs came up with a reason that the other piece was already reserved. Really bad business strategy cannot prioritize first come customer!!! ???
