Location itself is good, nearby public transports & mall
Parking was hustle free

β β β β β Most unexpected from a relatively young hotel here... I booked from review feedback.. They were right.. Its a good place to stay, although initially quite confused in turning in from the Lebuhraya Persekutuan... Take the small road of the left turning , not the other road that turn right.. The room is cleaned and bathroom.wow. Its almost like aloft hotel which is my favourite. The beverage, thank you chef, you lodeh or we called in johor lontong basah.. Its superb even for johor standard... My especially thanks to kak Maria from the level M3 F&B..
Food and beverage area. Your hospitality is unparalleled. Thank you again.. Great stay.. Will come again and again if it remains like today.

β β β β β Hotel stay was superb. Room was clean and comfy. Check in process was easy. However, room service was not efficient. Call from the room was not answered for 20 min and finally had to call through the number.

β β β β β Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in KL! It is close to the amenities and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The service at the VE Hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel team (particularly Hassibah, Ahmad, Isaac and Sam) has always been friendly, patient and helpful and anticipated our needs which impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
All respect for the Duty Manager, Mr. Syed who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Especially his professionalism and hard work to provide us with an excellent experience after found out we were upset with the unpleasant experience of dealing with one of the Front Desk Officer named Shuhaily Saad who was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Iβve been to KL several times and stayed in many different hotels β this one rates as a truly βFirst Classβ experience! Highly recommended!

β β β β β Our stay at the VE hotel was pleasant and the housekeeping staff extremely hospitable and courteous. Mr Ahmad, Issac, Sam and Sayeed from the front desk were very helpful and answered all queries promptly and efficiently. We are so grateful for staff who go all out to help their guests.

β β β β β Great and friendly staffs. Hotel do have option for breakfast buffer. Despite the limited choices of the breakfast buffer, overall the view slightly fascinating. Additional credit, you may order foods from your room and it's quite tasty. (2nd image)

β β β β β first of all, I no receive any email or call regarding notice about power off from 2pm to 5pm prior to check in today. So I arrived and was then informed by the receptionist, so i waited at the lobby for few hrs. After finally checked in, black out again nearly 6pm. I waited and called many times, promising from the recept that someone will come my room to have a look, but i waited and waited, no one come! So I went down to lobby, all staffs like don't know , pushing problems to duty manager. Then ah, the guy in blue shirt (on the left in the photo) answered me that the whole building blackout. Someone is fixing it from the residence side to the hotel side. I was unhappy already and it made me more worried, yet he just asked me to sit and wait without having a clear idea about the situation. Then finally another guy approached ( the blue shirt guy on the right), I want to compliment him for calming me in a peaceful manner. He explained clearly about the situation. So simply is because after the power off of the building they need to reset one room by one room after that. The management or the manager should teach your staffs so that they know what's going on and can explain and calm down the worried customers, instead of the whole world is looking for duty manager.

β β β β β Very pleasant experience throughout the stay. Although they clean the apartment (a new arrangement during this pandemic) once a week they made a thorough job of it. Staff was professional and very friendly.
Appreciate the clean amenities provided within the apartment. The kitchenette and machines were very clean and easy to use.
Location of this hotel is excellent. Plenty of good restaurants to enjoy within walking distance in all weather conditions because of the linked bridges. Parking is ample underground.
