β β β β β In short, AWESOME for the price paid and I simply couldn't ask for more. We went to stay at Komune Living during our trip to KL. The check in was super smooth. Room was beautiful and comfortable. The location is good, as it is located right between KL and PJ and have reasonably good access to public transportation.

β β β β β Overall staying experience is good in terms of cleanliness and location of the hotel. However, waiting for the lift during check out time is a total nightmare and end up we walk down to lobby via staircase. The management shall really do further study on the arrangement of the lift system. With 5/6 nos of lift installed, this kind of problem should not happen. This factor really affects whether the guest will revisit the hotel.

β β β β β Good value for a nice and clean hotel. I stayed here for over 5 times, the standard is maintaining good and the price is really good for value. A bit small for studio room I sometimes opt for two bedroom when there is great deal of discount. The entire hotel premise is smoke free zone, not a problem to me as we are still allowed to smoke at hotel lobby entrance.
*parking is no longer free but flat rate only RM5
Management need to improve the check-in process⦠during peak time the system is not so friendly and the line moves slow. I waited 20 mins to do my check-in which is the reason why I been avoiding AirB&B (I prefer easy counter check-in)

β β β β β There is serious drainage issue which cause the toilet to be very smelly and the smell can extend to whole room. The room is small yet dusty and there were stains everywhere, on the bedsheet (which we were told they are normal so cannot be changed)/toilet etc. There is food city and convenience market nearby which makes it convenient. The receptionist is rather responsive and always try to help.. As for cleanliness, as the room is small, one can actually wipe it him/herself. Highly not recommended due to the unbearable smell which cannot be helped.

Elevator Wars. Worst checkout time.
The wait for the elevator usually takes more than 40 minutes.
There is no will at all to improve on this issue
Key card use has been suspended.
The price is satisfactory, the service is that price.
The facilities are clean and good.
don't expect too much about the hotel.
Emergency stairway not available closed. This is hotel with no measures in case of an emergency.

β β β β β Worst experience. Bad service.
1. Checked in for family room with total of 4 guests, provided only 1 towel. After requested for another 3 towels, they only sent in 2. Requested again for more than 3 times but still no one came to assist or even care.
2. The bathroom flooded so badly when you shower.
3. No refreshments such as coffee or mineral water in the room. Nothing special. Was expecting better than this. Could get better service in other places with similar price.

β β β β β The hotel has many facilities such as a game room, community kitchen, laundromat, gym, and infinity swimming pool. The gym is very clean and has lots of fitness equipment. The hotel manager is very helpful, when there is a problem with the room card, he immediately handles it swiftly. Unfortunately the housekeeping service is not what they promised in the advertising paper, which says 2x a week it turns out to be once a week, but when I stayed they didn't clean the room for 2 weeks, I kept asking so then they cleaned it. The rooms are quite complete and nice. Because it has the same facilities as the apartment. There is a microwave too which is great. Def can be a recommendation when come again to KL.

β β β β β The hotel has a nice concept where the use of game room, reading room, entertainment room, kitchen and laundry are communal. Just like a hostel only more posh.
The check-in and check-out is self-service and very ideal if you are savvy.
There was no housekeeping when I was there for 2 nights, no toiletries provided except for the all-in-one liquid shampoo/shower gel and drinking water is provided at the water station near the lift (very environmental-friendly).
However, I do appreciate the pillows as they are very firm, soft and good for my neck. The room was clean and well-kept eventhough it's very compact.
