★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be Capri by Fraser, but recently changed to Invito Hotel under the UOA Hospitality management. We had the one bedroom suite, which comes with the living hall lounge, a good size kitchen and work space. For long term stay, the size is good enough for two people. For those booking this room for holiday purposes, the space makes you feel like you’re at home, and you can travel comfortably day in, day out. The pool on the rooftop comes with private jacuzzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and modern. Nice comfy bed with a good variety of western tv channels. It was fine for one night in transit. Not much around in the way of street eats but lots of trendy restaurants and a couple of malls. A fair ways from the Golden Triangle area but easy and cheap to get around if you use grab taxis. Around 50 minutes to the airport if you leave before 6 AM like I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt, the worst possible service you can get in a "serviced" residence. People at the reception do not speak English, are extremely rude and dirty, make you wait 10-15 minutes standing in front of them while they call their friends to share some hilarious jokes.
Besides that, walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything each of your neighbours (upstairs, downstairs, next door or any unit in the corridor) does, whether in the bedroom or the bathroom.
Finally, traffic is extremely bad in Jalan Kerinchi due to overbuilding, with the low-rent residents near the LRT stations double-parking on the road, leaving 1 lane to exit the dreadful neighbourhood.
To avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel from the Rooftop Infinity Pool to the Staff who work there. Rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities required. The infinity pool is something else along with the roof top bar offering stunning views. Staff are friendly, helpful, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Gym facilities are good and is 24hrs as well as a games area for kids. Breakfast offers a wide variety. Transport links, bars, restaurants all close by. Recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

spacious, clean, n comfortable..this hotel has a good service n good facilities, such as beautiful swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, playing area, gym, yoga, kids playing area, meeting room, etc. They also provide us microwave, refrigerator, cooking equipment n washing machine in our room. This hotel allow you to smoke in balcony, u just need to find out the handle in wardrobe to open the door. Breakfast was good but not really special..
