β β β β β Nice and spacious homestay. 1 master bedroom with queen size and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed.. Fully furnished with fridge, wash & dryer, hot shower, kitchenette. Extra pillow and mattresses for those with extra family members. Really a good value for money. Loby and Pool is nice. Easy park and easy check in.

β β β β β This is a great place to stay due to the excellent facilities, good location and security. Still, some small details need to be ironed out like:
1. Clearer details on check in procedures as this is a home stay and not a hotel. We had to show our IDs at the gate security before being allowed in and the real check in is at different counter (one is Victoria Home and the other Subhome). Security deposit of RM150 must be collected during check in which is refunded on checkout.
2. Instructions should be included inside the apartment on how to use the tv box and the Wifi password must be provided also.
Other than that, this was an enjoyable stay for us and I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool which is Olympic size.

β β β β β Good location. It's anywhere near to the city. Either walk or take the MRT. However this unit needs an improvement. They need to provide another mirror not only one in the bathroom. No bathroom floor towel provided. The floor all wet when we come out from the bathroom. Smelly bathroom. It smells like somebody smoking inside it. But we clean it. The smell gone but it came back in the morning. I don't know why. Not too clean bedsheets but fluffy pillows and bed. Iron is not working, TV is not so well functioning.

β β β β β Good location. One of bathroom water heater wasn't working but never repair nor apologize. Have to use only one bathroom for 3 night stay. Before check in ask them is everything functioning or not.

β β β β β One of the finest apartments in Malaysia KL city.. its in the heart of the KL city central where everything is close by and even a little food court and a 7/11 just at the ground floor. Easy excess to many shopping malls and highly secured apartments. Beautiful clean and well maintained.

β β β β β Awesome place to stay for a few days near the Jalan Alor. There is an amazing view from the top floors. But a little tip do not look down!!! The pool is nice and has and endless view but no deep end. Beside the pool are relaxing beds and couches.?

β β β β β Terrible! Apartment wasnβt as pictured/sold. Shower hose by toilet was also broken. Infested with cockroaches (which pose a major health hazard and usually only breed in damp, unhygienic conditions, where there has been inadequate cleaning) which were running around in every room including on the kitchen and bathroom counter-tops. Victoria Home offered an alternative apartment for the last night, however that one was also infested with cockroaches - and the tv didnβt work at first, although this was fixed later. Given the current Covid situation, deep and effective cleaning of properties should be a very high priority. They acknowledged that we had a terrible experience and offered us travel credit (to the value paid) to stay at one of their other properties, however we were unable to accept that as we had already left the country. No payment refund was forthcoming, with the issue escalated to Booking.com customer services, who have failed to secure the requested refund (this issue will be escalated via their complaints process) Disappointing to say the least, avoid this property and booking.com!!! (Stayed June 2020)

β β β β β Although the view was good unfortunately we saw a giant cockroach in the bathroom the next morning. The apartment was decorated and kept well but unfortunately small so had to share bathroom. To top it all off, we had drilling noise start at 9am and later found out there was scheduled building work taking place for the duration of our stay. We quickly checked out.
