โ โ โ โ โ A local Penang brought us to this first time last nite. I was a wonderful Dining experience . It is simple home cooked food dining with 4 tables after MCO re-opening. We tried the must try - steamed pork slice (reminisced of my grandmother cooking - simply wonderful, another must try Indonesian curry with prawn, bitter gourd with deep fried fish slices, deep fried red snapper with shredded ginger as topping and spinach soup. The food is fresh and taste is simply superb.
Parking is easy in the nearby mall, Marble Arch short throw away.
Highly recommended for family with kids. Not crowded and cosy. We will definitely return.

โ โ โ โ โ This place reminds me of the 1994 film Eat Drink Man Woman, dingy lil spot with not the most friendly people (not that they were rude, you get the point) but let me tell you the food more than makes up for it.
The dishes were not quite like your average zhu char places as the ones we've tried carried robust flavour that went beyond merely having "wok hei". Look out for their specialty dishes that you don't regularly see around the island.

โ โ โ โ โ Authentic good home style dish that is getting harder and harder to find. Portion is huge and taste is really good. Highly recommended!! For those that want to try out, some of the good dish is the herbal chicken, the steam lady finger and also the fried porridge (need to book in advance)
