β β β β β Village Grocer located on Lower Ground floor. Good supermarket but all the items are priced premium due to location & it's brand.
Village Grocer at here are the best because has it offers a wide variety of products which can't be get in other supermarkets like NSK, Giant, Aeon, Tesco & so on.
All the products are premium, and mostly are imported ones from Australia, UK, US & France. You will never doubt the quality & freshness of the vegetables, fruits & seafoods that are available here.
Village Grocer has all sort of items from wet to dry like Chilis, Snacks, Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Seafoods & so on.
Below are my rating points:
1) Products: 9/10 Have everything
2) Prices: 6/10 Premium Pricey
3) Customers: 8/10 Mostly Expats, High Class & Rich people
4) Security: 10/10 Strict Security
5) Parking: 10/10 Ample of space
6) Staffs: 9/10 Attentive
7) Hygiene: 10/10 Super Hygiene
8) Crowd: 10/10 Less people
9) Environment: 10/10 Cozy, Cool, & Highly Standard
Village Grocer is definitely one top supermarket if the price of the products are considered second after Quality & Experience.

β β β β β First time here being regular customer at VG Atria. This store feels less spacious and darker than Atria which is very spacious. Merchandising is a bit tight and difficult to manoeuvre but everything else the same. There's self service checkouts which is quite cool.

β β β β β Just a quick run for cheese and fruit. I like shopping here so much better on weekdays. It's so civilized and seems a natural fit after an early dinner.

β β β β β Love this place. Fresh vegetables n lots of choices. And very friendly cashiers. And how they organise and put everything into my grocery bag definitely one of the reason I love it here. Been grocer here for years. However, what just happen was, the cashier scan all the things, put all my things aside, I paid n she turn away. I put everything I bought into my bag n go. It's how Cashier put everything aside n turn away n left it there now? I just don't know @village grocer changed your attitude to your shoppers. But I still believe not all casheirs work this way. I hope I meet a more friendly Cashier next time I here.

β β β β β One of my favorite spot for grocery shopping. The fruits and veges are generally fresher and better quality. Plenty of imported stuffs and also organic produces. Nevertheless the price is slightly premium which I wouldn't mind considering the quality of the products. The staff are also friendly there. In view of the current existing Covid-19 crisis, they control number of shopper inside the plance and also provide free plastic gloves. Highly recommended!

There are organic vegetables and fruits, imported food items from Australia and Japan, organic food, gluten free food, a non-halal section, bakery, bento and sushi section and even a Book Xcess bookstore. The food items are fresh although the prices are higher given their premium grocer status. Check out was efficient and there is free membership to collect points.

β β β β β Premium grocers have picked up in popularity over the past few years in Malaysia, offering a bigger and wider variety of imported goods alongside the local produce that attract a more affluent middle class who is willing to shell out just a little more for something perceived to be of better quality.
Village Grocer has earned the reputation of being slightly more upmarket than Jaya Grocer, but slightly below Ben's in the Klang Valley - but this is based solely on price comparison. One has to take into consideration the quality of produce on offer as well before making assumptions like these.
As far as variety and freshness is concerned, Village Grocer tends to beat out both Jaya and Ben's. And this neighbourhood store in Citta Mall is no different.
One can easily pick up vegetables, sundries, groceries, toiletries and such, here - but be forewarned when checking out - NO PLASTIC BAGS are supplied. So either bring your own bags, or you can purchase one of theirs for RM3.00.
