★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite fast food restaurants. It’s a classic that I grew up with. You can’t beat the Root Beer ? Float.
This restaurant in Citta Mall is relatively new.
It’s also quite large and roomy.
Great staff and cleanliness is reasonable.
You can either eat indoors or outdoors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ever A&W branch in Malaysia! Their staffs are so kind and attentive! I have order from them countless times and the food never disappointing! The cleanliness, the portions, the packaging are perfect! Best fast food in Malaysia! I keep promoting Mozza burger, mash potato and their chicken to my friends bc it was really delicious. Plus, the staffs are so lovely for giving cute note for the customer. This note totally make my day and I can’t stop smiling seeing this note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double standard or what? Went in at 9 something pm and ordered waffles. Was told by the male staff no more waffles. So I went to other place to buy other food since they don’t have waffles. Feeling thirsty I went back to get their root beer float. There was another customer in front of me asking them what time do they close and the male staff told him they are clearing up. My turn was next I ordered my drink and paid and then I saw another female staff bringing waffle batter and poured it into the waffle machine.
Why was I told there was no more waffles when another customer after me gets his waffles?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30mins and they can't make a proper waffle, failed 3 times. After 30years making waffles they still can't do it properly. Staff said it happens on a daily basis. No stock for onion rings and curly fries. They have no idea when it will be restocked. Staff doesn't seem to have proper direction on what they are doing. The worst experience of any A&W outlet i have ever tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with mom for their waffle and ice cream. It was quite a long wait for the waffle since they only make it when ordered. But they did gave us a beeper so that was helpful since we went for a walk and only came in when the beeper goes off. Store was clean and tidy unlike the one it TTDI.
