★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year i went to Dr Vincent did a Sinus Operation. Touch wood until now my sinus problem didn't come back. My sinus problem has been many years already. Every time GP only gave me a strong Antibiotic to solve the problem. But the problem will always come back. Thanks to Dr Vincent, this whole year i don't have any sinus problem anymore plus don't get many flu or cold for this whole year. Only once i got cold. So i will recommend all my relative to Dr Vincent if they have any ENT problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to see Dr Vincent in 2015 as I was feeling my hearing was abnormal. He examined through my ears and showed me that there was some sort of liquid behind my eardrum. then he inserted a camera through my nose and I saw with my own eyes through the monitor the infected area. He then inserted the camera inside my husband's ear to show what normal eardrums look like. Love how he explained to us what was causing my hearing problem. Most importantly, his fee was really reasonable. A few years later when my daughter had a problem with her ears, I went to columbia asia and was charged more than twice what Dr vincent charged. So lesson learnt I will only go back to Dr Vincent for ENT matters. Recommending to friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! The doctor here first of all I must say is a great one! He is not in it for the profit but he wants to make sure his patient is well understood and he will take his time to explain the situation to you. He doesn’t rush you in the consultation process even though the wait time is long it’s worth it. He listens to the patient and shows concern and regard which is hard in most of these specialists who act like they’re above all. I appreciated that he took his time and got me to do a hearing test to make sure I’m fine. The staff is nice and lovely and they also have good entertainment (tv) as you wait for the doctor to see you. I really enjoyed the process of my check up and will return again and would refer this clinic and doctor to anybody who needs it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and professional service! I have experienced a hearing loss problem and it got worse after hearing a ringing sound in the ear that won't go away. Went to Dr Vincent after a strong recommendation by colleague and I am very happy with the decision. Dr Vincent has been very friendly and gave a detailed explanation while showing the inflammation and the excessive earwax that is blocking my ear canal, resulting in hearing loss. The charges is reasonable and I got immediate solution for my problem. Highly recommended ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my tympanoplasty surgery on my right ear on 26 Oct 2021. Thank you Doctor Vincent have explained the surgery procedure and I believed that he have put his best effort during surgery. Thanks to my eardrum well repaired. Just that cant get back my hearing (before surgery have hearing loss on my right ear) but at least this surgery can reduce the risk of infection and won’t worst. Thank you for your time and effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I googled first before decided to make appointment for my husband. Gladly I chose Dr Vincent. My husband are really happy & satisfied with the treatment, his ears are okay now. Dr Vincent explained the procedures in an easy way to make us understand, do the treatment well and he is a cheerful person and even do jokes to comfort patient lol. Dr Vincent is not the type of doctor who after you for your money by simply adding this and that to your bill, he is sincere and professional. Highly recommended!
