★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Multiple attempts have been made to find out more about the course fee via emails, but they refused to provide any details and insisted to meet face to face. If they are not being transparent on this, why should we trust that they will be honest in their business. Decided to go for other language centres after reading someone’s review about how they pushed students to pay using credit card to make them commit to long-term courses.
