★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST warakuya outlet. Service was sooooo slow on a weekday lunch and the place is kinda old and packed. Parking in this area is hard to come by. Their management should really consider adding more manpower during peak hours. Foods were ok, although some seems to be slightly lower quality than the puchong branch.

Every dish we had was spot on! Nothing was ok and bad. It was all so delicious. I think we have been frequenting this outlet for at least 5 years. Todays food was just off the charts exceptionally well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for late lunch on a weekday and the place was quite empty already, the service is attentive and prompt, staff very friendly and helpful. Ambience is much nicer than the Mt Austin branch for me and the songs were not blaring and mild toned. I ordered the sashimi set and they recommended to try the omakase set, which to me isn’t really super special maybe as it’s only RM118 but sashimi were fresh and slices were cut well. Overall a nice dining experience if you’re in search of Japanese food.

They have a super extensive list of food across 3 menus!
Food quality is out of this world. Was a bit hard to get the server's attention at first but well worth it. Don't know what the negative reviews are on about, this is seriously the best food experience in jb quality and price wise.
Waited around 20min at 6pm on a Thursday, would definitely book a table if I could do it online, and come back again in the late afternoon for lunch as other reviewers have suggested.
If you only have the time to go to one restaurant in jb, this is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy New Year 2022.... but sad ? year too as prices of selected meals on Warakuya's menu have gone up.
Before, one can see a crowd waiting to go in, but now, you hardly need to wait - in fact their service staff will quickly come to the door the moment you scan their QR code at the entrance.
Service remains impeccable - they serve you a hot towel, a plastic bag to deposit your face mask, orders are taken quickly and the food comes piping hot.
Japanese Tea is refilled quietly and automatically by attentive staff and dessert is provided (a small pudding) at no extra charge.
It is a good place for lunch and a meet-and-eat group on weekends.
However, for people seeking variety, i think a once a week Japanese Food outing is more than enough.
