★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt so upset today as I was cheated by Watson staff from Starling Mall while I made a purchase, they claimed that my existing card was expired and push me to buy a new card in order to enjoy the member’s offer, my purchase was more than RM300..when I got home and look at my “expired “ Watson card, its expired date is 02/24, I wonder how can Watson, such a big company will cheat their royal customer for this small little purchase.. very disappointing
If you care about your brand name, please investigate as I believe I was not the only victim.
Now I am wondering where will the points I accumulated in Watson card will go to and the amount of money I put into the touch and go will still remains?..really a hassle and regret to be a Watson’s member !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been two times I purchased in Watson starling, they don't give receipt to me, they just collect money from me and when I check the price from display they collect from me more than the price from display. When I ask receipt they said system error..how come for 2nd time always system error. Please investigate this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Watson to get my skincare and I just wanted to pay and leave as one would. As the assistant manager for this outlet asked for my watson card, he proceeded to ask my questions like “Oh you’re chinese ah? you don’t look like chinese. Only after i check your card i know you’re chinese, cause you look so malay” and i’m like, ok so?? then he proceeded to ask me to speak for him, and i’m like i am speaking?? mind you, we were conversing in malay. until he got my answer that he does not believe that i’m chinese cause i’m so fluent in malay. excuse me, but can you please mind your own business? if i’m malay or chinese or indian, why does it have to matter? will i be given a better experience if i was malay? or worse if i wasn’t? why does my race have to matter so much? it is absolutely absurd that this day and age, we still question if one is malay, chinese or indian. we are malaysians. and please la, don’t comment on my outfit like you’re trying to rid of yourself from what you said to make everything feel better. if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. terrible experience as a watson elite member. i hope management takes note of this.
