โ โ โ โ โ Staff were attentive. Spacious and clean as all the Zanmai branches. Menu always a good choice but since post pkp it's getting smaller all the portions for price. Though not too bad for the quality. Hate the downloading of menus though unless you're OK with this tech.

โ โ โ โ โ food is very fresh and cheap. definitely worth the price. the unagi don here is very fresh and sushi is very good. they even have natto sushi. they have robots serving food too :)

โ โ โ โ โ Gyoza was awful. Salty AF. The service was so damn slow. I could drive to Seremban and back and still the food did not arrive. Not sure what the chefs were smoking but the food was bad. This was probably the worst Zanmai i have been too. Slow service + average food.

โ โ โ โ โ I think the restaurant is lack of staff. At 2.40pm, with lotsa empty seats, I waited 5min to be seated!
The teriyaki chicken ramen was served in barely warm soup, I repeat, barely warm, not hot at all! This was really disappointed as I decided to come here for a hot soup ramen.
The sauce dish was already stained and should be replaced.
I could see the 3 front staff were very busy with their jobs, not blaming them, but the branch manager or boss should look into the aforementioned matters.

โ โ โ โ โ I really like this sushi zanmai branch in starling mall. The customer service is good especially the lady restaurant manager with short hair. Food is excellent with a good portion and standards, price is still reasonable with everything getting pricier. Good table spacing with social distancing.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place for good sushi! Ample seating and staff was very friendly. Had the yakiniku don and was good. I ordered small but the portion is a lot. Sushi was good too. Personal favorite is the salmon mentai, lobster roll and cranky inari something i can't remember ?

โ โ โ โ โ I actually stopped patronising this restaurant for years but this branch made a difference. Gave me some hope again. The food turned out to be pretty good. I guess they decided to make an effort to keep their standards. Really attentive and friendly staff too at this outlet. I wouldn't mind coming back here again. Hope they do keep it this way for long.
