★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were rude and after waiting for a minutes, they told me that their system was down since 2 weeks. So if thats the case, they should have close their branch because it is useless to open if you cannot do any transactions. They asked me to go to another branch. Lazy employee.

I had been there three times for the same purpose because this is the first time I'm using western union to made the transaction.
You not only shout at me, in front of other customer like i m your maid....You even said that i dont know how to appreciate your help and not respecting you...
By the way, do u even think that you are respecting me as your customer as well.3 times i came over also talk with me also with your shouting voice.
And keep on chase to be fast said that the system is closing down(5.55pm), then why your operation hour till 7pm.
Super bad service!!!

I still asking information she already entertain others and just ignore me. She answer with her voice tone up ?. So sad if doing business and having a staff like this. People will scare to go there for their remittances. Must fired her ?
