β β β β β Been to ioi mall money changer many times but this time met one of the staff are really rude! Because now thereβs only one money changer in ioi mall so they can simply yelled at customer as they like!!! Please well-trained your staff how to serve customers with polite!!! The most rude staff is the one old man with moustache!!

β β β β β Terrible service. Female Malay staff is extremely rude and impatient even though she was the one who misheard what currency I requested. She had the audacity to roll her eyes at me after I politely repeated my request. Seems like she is the owner or person in charge as she was shouting instructions at another male staff.

β β β β β Been to this money changes every time, until last week, one of the young Indian guy told I have to pay for the service charge for Β£10 note of RM50.00 service charge or I get the lower rate from the board display ( which is not shown on the board- much lower). When I went on the following day the senior staff told me no such things. He told me be careful the young Indian guy ( not the thin guy) i think he is belong to the boss son. He is taking advantages or taking piss, taking advantage when the people use the small note to change. Just be careful when he give you the rate ( Not the thin Indian guy- he very good service) is the boss son. Alternative another money changes are the same rate also. Be careful.
