she scanned my scalp and said my scalp got infested with mites and pushing me to sign a package of RM 850. i asked for a week's time then her rude behavior kicked off. she was very unhappy that i asked time to think. she said ' i hope u still have hair when u come back in a week'. i dont think i will ever go back to that place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are hustlers borderline scammers. They'll hustle you into taking these unnecessary packages while using unreliable testimonies trying to convince you of the "results". If you take even 5 minutes looking closely through the testimony pictures, you can see how flawed and uneffective the RM8k+ treatments they try to hustle you into purchasing. They know this, so they scroll through as quick as possible thinking you wouldn't notice. Such shady business practice. Shame on these people. If you finish reading this, consider yourself warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Yunnam must have done something to delete the older negative reviews to improve the Google rating. I remember it was a lot lower.
Me and my wife went for trials after being approached at IOI mall. After lengthy persuasion by the sales advisor and manager to sell their expensive packages we eventually signed their cheapest 10 sessions packages.
Worst was yet to come, every single time we went back the service was getting from bad to worse. The staff were basically not focusing on the service at all and keep on pushing customers to upgrade to better packages. Once you rejected the first staff and manager will follow up and continue to bombard you non-stop.
We stopped going there after 3-4 sessions and forfeited the remaining packages as we were not feeling comfortable at all stepping in that shop. Every time we went we were with heavy heart and that's how bad it was.
