β β β β β One of the best Italian restaurant in KL, and the best service ever! The waiter able to remember over 10 peopleβs orders and no make any single mistake, which is quite amazed me!
Nice food, nice wine, nice environment, nice service with reasonable price! I definitely will come back again!

β β β β β This place is a hidden gem! Seated in the corner, the place was spacious and cozy. Service was attentive and friendly and able to cater to our requirements. Food was spot on, although the pasta is a slightly small portion. Atmosphere was lovely, decor tasteful. Highly recommended for your next special occasion.

β β β β β Dinner was good, service impeccable as before led by Alex and his wait team. Our appetizer was great as we love Burata and Caprese. We had Risotto & Spaghetti as our mains; it taste great as usual, however we were a little disappointed that the servings turn cold extremely fast, one possibly due to the efficient air conditioning, and secondly, the serving plates were not warm when we were served. Hence would suggest they serve with plates warm up so that the food doesnβt turn cold too fast. Overall food was great and will definitely return again. Cheers

β β β β β In all fairness, I attended an event & everything was perfect bcoz the event organiser did a brilliant job. From the time I entered to the end of the evening, there's nothing I can fault Ciao for.
There's a cozy space for smaller groups tucked away from a medium dining space & another large dining hall with its own bar. What I like most was the outdoors with a stage & a small lake beside it.
The food is above average, both in taste & price. The same goes for the drinks.
Best of all, I love a restaurant where its guests do not have to frantically look for a car park space. There's ample with security to boot.
Good service by Rudy, Alex & the crew made the evening perfect!
