β β β β β average quality food at high price. not worth it at all. the miso soup in particular is low in quality. very amateur cooking overall. presentation is okay, service is average. first and last time i eat here, will not come back.

β β β β β One of the most authentic and affordable Japanese restaurants in Malaysia. They serve a variety of Japanese dishes (teishoku to takoyaki and sushi). Their rice, salad and hojicha is refillable.
Staff is quick and attentive. The restaurant has a gorgeous traditional Japanese interior which makes it really cozy

β β β β β Its decent size serving. Reminded me of the time living in Yokohama, Japan. Service was fast and ordering was by touchscreen.
Maybe the chicken katsu was a bit smaller in size but enough for my son.
Will definitely come again.
The only disappointment was the japanese dessert. It was small size to the price you pay. A few steps away is Kaki Yuri. You can get good size anmitsu for the same price.

β β β β β This has the best service of the branches I visited (Mid Valley, and IOI City Mall). Unlimited refills of rice, salad for Teishoku sets mean this is practically a buffet where you'll never leave hungry.
Portions are big, and unlimited refills for green tea are plus points for a very satisfying meal. Before and after pics for comparison.

β β β β β The food is okay and the staff is attentive. they have the automatic menu for each table and will just straight deliver to you.
Their food is like the usual japanese style, bento, donburi, tonkatsu variety. They get the taste right but not much wow factor during our visit. It was still enjoyable and must try.
