β β β β β Food quality is good.
However, the attitude of service is bad. Please take note to a women manager (or waitress) that dress with black suit. Her attitude is considered impolite.
When I tried to order a meal from the menu and accidentally without noticed that's only for lunch hour period. She didn't say a word, but pointed her finger at the text of 'lunch hour' that displayed on menu for me. This makes me feel ashamed. (Was my bad, because I didn't noticed at first, but does that means she can treat a customer like that with kind of this attitude?)
But that's fine, then I looked for other food on menu, just right next to the page of 'lunch hour' text displayed from previous page, I have take a moment to look for it at that page, when I ordered again and she told me also not available due to only for lunch hour. (If she noticed I was looking at the page that also only served in lunch hour but not for dinner, why wait for me to order first then reject me again. She just standing right beside me.)
She could say: 'Sorry sir, these meals on this both pages only for lunch hour, you can look at here or look at...etc. See? a simple and polite way she can do will satisfied enough.
Last but not least, when we finished the food and want to pay the bill. A waitress told us to pay in front of the counter. The 'black suit' waitress is also in charge of bill payment. When my dad tried to look at the payment spot and took a few steps forward in front of the counter. The 'black suit' waitress says with skeptical attitude: 'Sir, you haven't pay the bill.' (Her attitude like doubting my dad want to leave without paying the bill or forgot to pay bill smthg.....Of course we know want to pay the bill, but it seems your restaurant don't have a proper payment counter with a cashier standing there for service, and that 'black suit' waitress just followed us at behind without take us to the exact payment place and ask us to pay the bill) So how do we know then? What is she expecting?? bad service.

β β β β β if price tag is not much of your concern, this is a good place to dine in. The food is great but perhaps due to Covid-19 this restaurant is under staff. Will return again
09/01/2022 - comparing the unagisaskaki set taken before Nov 2021, the quality and the quantity have shrink. Instead of mashed potatoes, it is now replaced with tofu also the oysters looks so small now.

β β β β β Wasn't sure what to expect, but the food was great. The sets are sizeable. We had the Chirashi Don and it was nice to have a good variety of fish, more than what you get at other restaurants. I also had the salmon steak - don't be deceived, they say it's an appetiser, but it is pretty chunky. Yummm.

β β β β β I was walking around Gardens in search for a place to have my lunch and I was about to walk into an elevator when I saw Yuzu. I have absolutely no idea what made me decided to dine there. I tried Yuzu at the KLCC years ago and I did not like it. It was not very busy. Upon ordering a starter and a main, I was served a hot glass of green tea without being asked. The service was slow as I saw a diner seated at another table walked to look for a service staff to attend to him. What surprised me was the fact that I was billed for the green tea. Its a small amount but I do not like the fact that I was served one without being asked. This is not how it should be done. Yuzu, never again.

β β β β β Always love this Japanese restaurant. My 1st choice of Japanese restaurant whenever I am at MV. Good food and not too crowded.
The sashimi on the sushi is thick.
1st time try unagi chawanmushi & EbiGyoza and itβs amazing.

β β β β β Decent and nice Japanese food. The. Fish they provide is very fresh, they also got prawn sashimi which can eat it raw. Their sukiyaki is nice , and they also provide value set. But the sukiyaki taste is not the same as in the value set. But still ok. The value set is very good and very instagamable.

β β β β β Love this place!
Reserved my table for buka puasa through Whatsapp. Easy!
Food was on point. Everything we ordered are delicious and fresh. Even their chawanmushi is worth to mention! Seriously.
Set meal is worth it. You might not want to skip starter or anything else as the seat meal portion is quite satisfying.
Ambience is nice and gotta love how they partitioned the place. Server was friendly and attentive too.
Definitely will come again. Recommended!
