β β β β β Today, i went to buy some perfume in the afternoon and at the night. In the afternoon I already bought a perfume but i didnt get the other one because it can only be engraved with 3 letters so i give some thought to buy it. So i came back at night to buy it after give some thought. But unfortunately i asked them to pack it in a gift box as i buy it as a gift, they said they cant because my purchase wasnt 400 and above. I told them i bought in the afternoon 300 and at night 400. It is already 700 there. I even show them the receipt! and i am actually a diamond member of the YSL!! What a disappointment!!! KLCC is giving me a better service than midvelly! The staff was very very arrogant. What nonsense that i need to buy more than 400 to wrap it in a box!?? I buy in gucci store they give me a big box to wrap my gift. I went to klcc ysl also they wrapped nicely in a box! I am very very disappointed with YSL midvelly!

β β β β β Worst shopping experience ever in ysl! Have been to so many ysl branches, mid valley ysl is the worst! I went there for two days in a row and at the end I didn't get what I want. What was told on the second day was completely different from the first day. I did not expect that such a high-end brand would have no standard rules. This experience made my sister and I very unpleasant! Very disappointing!

β β β β β This outlet i have love and hate depending on which SA. There's one SA lady who is very afraid of talking to customers. She wil be standing so far from u making u feel that u r covid positive! If u r so afraid of attending to customer, i believe tis job aint for u lady. I kena from her 2 times and i end up not getting wat i wanted to buy initially. Such a turn off
